Sauerkraut Saussage night at Eric and Gisele's

On Saturday night we went to Eric and Gisele's for dinner and a quiet evening with friends. Eric made some awesome sauerkraut and sausage dish served up with some fresh bread, home made pickles and some hot mustard. It was delicious and just writing about it is making me hungry.
